Graham Fulford Promotion Terms

Specific Terms applicable to GFCTBPMRI and GFCTMPMRI discount codes

1. The discount codes (GFCTBPMRI & GFCTMPMRI) entitles individuals to access private prostate MRI scans, including a consultation and follow-up appointment with a Vista Health GP, at the following discounted rates (originally £650 per scan):

   1.1 £275 – Bi-parametric MRI (without contrast) - Discount code GFCTBPMRI

   1.2 £450 – Multi-parametric MRI (with contrast) - Discount code GFCTMPMRI

2. Discount codes are to be used only by individuals who have accessed PSA testing through The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust (“Approved Group”)

3. The discount code is valid immediately and expires at:

3.1 8pm on 31st December 2026.

4.  The discount code can be redeemed by:

   4.1 Telephoning the Vista Health Patient Experience Centre on the number provided on the Promotion.

5. Discount codes should not be shared outside of the Approved Group unless Vista Health has provided The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust with the written consent to do so.

6. Discount codes have no cash alternative and are non-transferrable.

7. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

8.  All discount code usage is monitored and is subject to reasonable usage limits, reasonable usage being determined in the sole discretion of Vista Health. Any suspected misuse of the discount code may result in the code being deactivated without notice.

9. The offer is only valid for Prostate MRI scans and cannot be applied to other diagnostic services that Vista Health offers.

10. The offer is valid for self-pay customers only and cannot be used through private medical insurance.

11. Services booked using the discount code are subject to availability and appointments must be booked in advance.

12. Vista Health reserves the right to vary or amend or withdraw any discount code at its sole discretion.
