Specific Terms applicable to Blue Light Card discount codes

1.      The Blue Light Card discount code(s) (each a “Code”) entitle eligible Blue Light Card members to a discounted amount off the standard price of eligible Vista Health diagnostic scans and health assessments.

2.      The specific details for each Code (the “Promotion Details”) will be outlined on the Blue Light Card platform and/or in related promotional messaging at the time the Code is promoted. Promotion Details may include (without limitation):

2.1  the Code itself and the discount value (e.g. % off or £ off);

2.2  the eligible services (diagnostic scans and/or health assessments) and any exclusions;

2.3  any validity period (start and/or end date/time);

2.4  any additional conditions or usage limits.

3.      Codes are only for individuals who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the Promotion Details (the “Approved Group”). Unless stated otherwise, the Approved Group is UK residents aged 18+ who are active Blue Light Card members booking as self-pay customers.

4.      Where a Code changes, the offer may continue on the same promotional terms, and an alternative Code may be issued.

5.      The Code can be redeemed by:

5.1  Telephoning the Vista Health Patient Experience Centre on the number provided in the promotional messaging for the Code; or

5.2  Accessing the Vista Health website using the web address provided in the promotional messaging for the Code; or

5.3  Using your smartphone to scan the QR code provided in the promotional messaging for the Code; and

5.4  Quoting the Code at the time of booking/payment (as applicable).

6.      Codes should not be shared outside of the Approved Group unless Vista Health has provided written consent to do so.

7.      Codes have no cash alternative and are non-transferable.

8.      The Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discount codes.

9.      All Code usage is monitored and is subject to reasonable usage limits, reasonable usage being determined in the sole discretion of Vista Health. Any suspected misuse of a Code may result in the Code being deactivated without notice.

10.  The offer is only valid for the eligible services specifically stated in the Promotion Details and cannot be applied to other services that Vista Health offers.

11.  Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotion Details, Codes are valid for self-pay customers only and cannot be used through private medical insurance, corporate-paid arrangements, or any third-party funding route.

12.  Services booked using a Code are subject to availability and appointments must be booked in advance. Standard eligibility criteria, clinical suitability requirements, and Vista Health policies apply.

13.  Vista Health reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw any Code (and/or these terms) at its sole discretion.
