What types of scanners does Vista Health have available?

With fully equipped diagnostic rooms with 3T and 1.5T scanners, Open Upright MRI scanners, and new and innovative 3T scanners at our Waterloo and Nottingham sites, our scanners maximise patient comfort, improve image quality, and decrease scan time. 

Can you accommodate patients who are claustrophobic, anxious, and/or bariatric?

Yes, Vista Health can offer patients an Open MRI scanner which is an alternative to the conventional MRI and provides optimal image quality. Our Open and Upright MRI scanners feature cutting-edge technology and are specifically suited for individuals with anxiety or claustrophobia concerns, those who are bariatric or have limited movement, and younger children. How do I refer patients to Vista Health?

1. Make an online referral or send your referral to booking@vista-health.co.uk. 

2. Our clinical team will triage the referral 

3.  Our patient care team will call your patient to book the appointment

4. Patient has the scan

5. The report is sent to you via email

6. Scan images are shared with your patient

We deliver reports within 3 working days.

How can I register on the referrer portal?

To register on our secure referrer portal, simply complete our online registration form here and you can instantly refer patients to us for all our diagnostic scans.

Describe the quality of images and reports.

With a 1.5T and 3T MRI scanner, expert consultant Radiologists, and highly experienced X-Ray Radiologists, we offer a high-quality service with an exceptional patient care experience. Combined with superior imaging, accurate reporting by our Consultant radiologists, you’ll receive the best level of care possible for your patients.

Can I view my patients' scan images electronically?

As a referrer at Vista Health, you will receive access to our online imaging portal which allows you to easily view your patients' scan images electronically. Our specialist team will deliver their diagnosis within just three working days. To register for online imaging, please fill out the registeration form here.

What are your scan prices?

We offer private diagnostic imaging at competitive and affordable prices, with a flexible pricing scheme to suit every patient. Prices are based on how soon the appointment is booked, so your patients will always be able to find an appointment day and time convenient for them. We’re covered by all major health insurance companies, so we are a great option for patients who wish to go through their private medical insurance.

What are your opening hours?

We take a unique approach when working with our referrers and work closely to ensure each patient receives the appropriate and best care for them. If you would like to refer your patients, please fill out our registration form and we will be in touch to chat through the options and benefits of working with us.
