Core Health Check
A clinician-led, well-rounded health check providing a clear baseline across key areas people often seek reassurance on, including metabolic and heart health, blood sugar control, kidney and liver function, thyroid health, vitamin levels, and iron and blood health, along with cancer markers for men and women. It includes physiological measurements and a blood test with comprehensive biomarker screening, with results provided in a clear report that can be tracked over time.

Performance Health Check
A clinician-led health check designed to support training and recovery, with added focus on markers linked to energy levels, iron stores, thyroid function and hormones, alongside insights into metabolic health, heart health and blood sugar control. It includes physiological measurements and a blood test with comprehensive biomarker screening, with results provided in a clear report you can use as a training baseline. For this health check, we recommend booking your appointment before noon as certain markers, such as testosterone, are best measured prior to 12pm.
Optional Virtual GP Follow-up
If you would like support understanding your results, you can add an optional virtual GP appointment with a Vista Health GP for £25 once your report is ready.
Your results report includes a website link where you can book your virtual GP follow-up.
What to Expect on the Day

Arrive and check in
Check in at Block R (ground floor), Room R012, next door to Hawthorn. Your appointment will take place in a small, private room. Please arrive a few minutes before your slot.

We will take a few simple physiological measurements. This is quick and straightforward.

A Vista Health clinician will take your blood sample onsite.

Your full report will be sent directly to you within 3–7 days.

Questions about filming
Will there be filming on the day?
We will have a videographer onsite on 26 March to capture general footage from the day and, for anyone who opts in, a short on-camera testimonial after appointments. Footage may be used across Vista Health and The Heath marketing channels for promotional purposes.
Do I have to be filmed?
Filming is completely optional. When you book, you can choose what you are happy with. We will not film any appointments, consultations, or clinical interactions, and no personal health information or results will be filmed.
What will you film and what will you not film?

What is the on-camera testimonial and what is the incentive?
If you opt in to an on-camera testimonial, please allow around 15 minutes after your appointment. As a thank you, you will receive a £25 Amazon voucher.
What if I change my mind?
That is absolutely fine. If you change your mind at any point on the day, just let a member of the team know.
Will I need to complete a consent form?
