Small business health assessments
A complete team is a more productive one
Find out how we can support your business
When a team member is absent, the pressure increases. By investing in health assessments for your teams, you are more likely to proactively identify and address potential health issues. Early detection can lead to timely treatment, which often results in better outcomes and can prevent conditions from becoming serious.
Whether you're a sole trader or a small team of under 10 employees, our preventative health screening services are designed to keep you and your team healthy and productive.
Our tailored approach ensures that each member receives personalised preventative health screening, supporting a thriving work environment and sustained business success.

Our employee health assessments focus on early detection and prevention, helping to identify potential health risks before they escalate.
-
Early Detection and Prevention
Cancer Research UK states that early detection and prevention can prevent about 9,000 cancer deaths annually in the UK. This shows the importance of health assessments in spotting health risks early and enabling timely interventions for better employee outcomes.
-
Enhanced Productivity
Healthy employees are more focused, energetic, and efficient. In a small team, where every member's contribution is vital, maintaining high productivity levels is essential for achieving business goals.
-
Lower Healthcare Costs
Preventive health measures can reduce the overall healthcare costs for the company. In a small team, managing expenses efficiently is crucial, and keeping the team healthy can minimise medical claims and expenses.
-
Supportive Employee Wellbeing
A Mental Health Foundation survey found that 70% of UK employees are more likely to stay with an employer who prioritizes their wellbeing. This highlights the importance of a supportive environment for employee wellbeing, leading to higher retention rates and job satisfaction.
-
Improved Morale and Engagement
Highly engaged teams in the UK show 21% greater profitability. When employees feel well, they are more engaged and motivated. A healthy workplace fosters a positive environment, boosting team morale and encouraging collaboration and innovation.
-
Reduced Absenteeism
Healthier team members are less likely to take sick days, ensuring that projects stay on track and deadlines are met. This reliability is particularly important in a small team where the absence of even one person can significantly impact workflow.
