Getting started is quick and simple
How It Works

Step 1: Complete the self referral form
First, complete the self-referral form by telling us who the booking is for (whether it’s for you or a friend or family member), your preferred service or test, and your contact details.

Step 2: We’ll be in touch
Once we receive your form, a member of the Vista Health booking team will get in touch to confirm your eligibility and discounted pricing, discuss available appointment times and locations, and answer any questions you may have.

Step 3: Appointment or test kit arranged
After this, depending on the service you have booked, we will either schedule your appointment or arrange delivery of your test kit for applicable blood tests and health checks. All care is delivered through Vista Health’s standard clinical pathways.
