General Promotional Terms

1. The SUMMER15 promotion entitles eligible self-pay customers to 15% off Vista Health 
services during the Promotional Period.
2. For diagnostic services, the 15% discount is applied by entering the discount code 
SUMMER15 at checkout on the Vista Health website, or by quoting the code when booking 
through the Vista Health Patient Experience Centre.
3. For Health Assessments and Blood & Health Checks, the 15% promotional discount is 
already reflected in the advertised promotional price during the Promotional Period. No 
discount code is required and no additional discount will be applied at checkout.
4. The promotion is valid from 11.00am Monday 1 June 2026 and expires at 11.59pm on 
Sunday 28 June 2026 (“the Promotional Period”).
5. Appointments booked in clinic are subject to availability. Appointments must be booked 
within the Promotional Period, and the promotion applies to any appointment date 
available at the time of booking.
6. If an appointment booked using the promotion is cancelled and rebooked outside the 
Promotional Period, the promotional discount will no longer apply.
7. Services included in the promotion are subject to availability and appointments must be 
booked in advance.
8. The promotion has no cash alternative and is non-transferrable. 
9. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discount 
codes.
10. Use of the SUMMER15 discount code is monitored and subject to reasonable usage limits. 
Vista Health reserves the right to deactivate the code without notice if misuse is suspected.
11. The offer is valid for self-pay customers only and cannot be used through private medical 
insurance.
12. Vista Health reserves the right to vary or amend or withdraw the promotion at its sole 
discretion. 
13. All Vista Health standard terms of service, including cancellation and refund policies, apply.
