General Health MOTs

Take a proactive approach to your health

Your health can change over time, sometimes without obvious symptoms. Regular health checks can help you understand important aspects of your health, identify potential risk factors and establish a baseline to monitor changes over time.

Vista Health offers a choice of Essential Health MOT and 360 Health MOT, depending on how comprehensive an assessment you are looking for. Both provide insight into key areas of your health, while the 360 Health MOT offers a broader assessment across more areas of your wellbeing.

From £260 - A more comprehensive health check combining blood and stool testing to assess a wider range of health markers, including metabolic and heart health, thyroid, liver and kidney function, bone health and digestive health.

From £125 - A focused health check assessing key markers linked to your blood, cholesterol, iron, liver, kidney and thyroid health. Available at home or in clinic, with the in-clinic option providing a more comprehensive assessment.

What can a health MOT tell you?

A health MOT can provide useful information about several important areas of your health. Depending on the test you choose, this may include blood health, cholesterol and cardiovascular health, blood sugar, thyroid function, liver and kidney function, iron status, vitamin levels and digestive health.

Your results can help you understand your current health and provide a baseline for monitoring changes over time. They may also support discussions with your GP or healthcare professional where appropriate.

Who are health MOTs for?

Health MOTs may be useful for adults aged 18 and over who want to take a proactive approach to their health, establish a baseline or gain a clearer understanding of their current wellbeing. They may also be useful if you have a family history of certain health conditions, are focused on prevention, or want to monitor changes in your health over time.

If you have active symptoms, please also contact your GP in the first instance. These tests complement clinical care and are not a substitute for it.
