Essential Health MOT

Get a clear picture of your current health

Your health is about more than how you feel today. Some common health conditions and risk factors can develop without obvious symptoms, so understanding key areas of your health can help you take a more proactive approach to your wellbeing.

Our Essential Health MOT provides a clear overview of important health markers linked to your blood, heart, liver, kidneys, metabolism and thyroid function. It can help you identify potential risk factors and give you useful information to support your health decisions.

Choose from at-home or in-clinic testing, depending on your needs and the level of assessment you are looking for.

Who is an Essential Health MOT for?

An Essential Health MOT may be useful if you are aged 18 or over and want a routine health check, want reassurance about your health or would like to establish a baseline to monitor changes over time. It may also be helpful if you have a family history of cardiovascular disease, diabetes or thyroid conditions, or are experiencing fatigue, low energy or other persistent symptoms.

If you have active symptoms, please also contact your GP in the first instance. These tests complement clinical care and are not a substitute for it.
