Upon arrival

From the main entrance off Upney Lane, follow the road round to the right heading towards the main building. The mobile diagnostic unit is situated on the right hand side and is clearly marked. 

Road

From the A406 North Circular Road, take the exit for Barking. Follow the London Road onto the A124 Nothern Relief Road. Continue on the A124 Londbridge Road. At the Royal Oak public house, take the right hand turn onto Upney Lane, the hospital is approximately 1 mile down on the right, after the Baring Walk in Centre.

Bus

The bus route that services the Hospital is number 62, which stops outside the hospital.

Rail

The nearest tube station is Upney which is on the District line. When leaving Upney tube station, turn left onto Upney Lane and the Hospital is located on the left. The nearest National Rail station is Barking, which also has connections to the District and Hammersmith & City lines. On leaving Barking station, catch the 62 bus to Upney Lane.
