Road
From A24: Head north on London Road. Take the third exit off of the roundabout onto The Pike/A283. For 3.7 miles, stay on the A283 route. Right-turn onto Horsham Rd. After 0.6 miles of straight-ahead travel, Horsham Rd will turn left and become High St. Continue further and then make a left onto Tanyard Ln. On the right, you will see the Steyning Health Centre.

From Shoreham Bypass/A27: Use the left lane to access the A283 slip road to the A24/Shoreham/Steyning/Horsham from the Shoreham Bypass/A27. Take the second exit onto Steyning Rd/A283 from the roundabout. Continue straight for 2.3 miles. Take the first exit off the roundabout onto the Steyning By-Pass/A283. In Steyning, take Clays Hill and Bramber Rd to Wykeham Cl. Take the second exit from the roundabout into Clays Hill, then keep going straight onto Bramber Rd before continuing onto High St. After 200 ft turn right onto Tanyard Ln. Steyning Health Centre is on the right.

The Steyning Health Centre has a bus stop on-site.

Parking
There is a ‘Pay and Display' car park opposite the centre. There is also nearby street parking.
