How do I Book & Go?
It's simple. Enter your details, submit your symptoms, choose your date and location, pay securely and then attend your appointment where we will be waiting to welcome you.
All referrals are clinically triaged by our expert clinical team to ensure you're having the correct scan and are safe during the appointment.
Complete our online form
Complete the online referral form with the required examination — MRI, Full Body MRI, ECHO, Ultrasound, Endoscopy Consultation or Ear Microsuction. Select your body part to be scanned, list your symptoms and tell us why you want the examination.
Choose an appointment
Choose an appointment at a location, date and time convenient for you. If you can't find a suitable location or time, call us on 0333 305 7375 to check availability.
Pay securely
Pay for your scan online using our secure, online payment system.

What is Book and Go?
Book and Go is our online booking system which enables you direct access to our clinic availability, allowing you to choose an appointment at a time that suits you.
This service is available 24 hours a day and allows you to book your own appointment in just a few minutes.
How fast will my appointment be?
Most of our locations have immediate availability and offer appointments within seven days.
The location finder allows you to search for availability at all sites in order of distance from your location.
If you are unable to find your preferred location or you need an appointment sooner please submit the form and our patient care team will contact you.
What payment methods do you accept?
All of our payment methods are secure and options include debit, credit card, American Express and Paypal, including Pay in 3 installments (interest free).
What happens after my booking?
Your online booking is reviewed by our clinical team and after approval, you will receive an email confirmation.
In some instances further information may be required and we will contact you if that's the case.
Can I discuss my results?
We offer a consultation service with GMC registered GPs to discuss your scan results.
*20% consultation discount will be applied when booked together with your scan.
