During the National Lockdown, declared on 4th January 2021, Vista Health will remain open. The new policies do not impact the healthcare industry and during this period, we will continue to provide specialist diagnostic services for patients needing a fast diagnosis.

COVID-19 continues to provide challenges across the world, however, the message addressed to the nation advises that healthcare continues to be extremely important at this moment in time. In times of extreme uncertainty, Vista Health is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and confidence for patients in the safest patient environment possible.

Above everything, patient health and wellbeing is our absolute priority.

We continue to provide a number of safety measures to ensure patient, client, and staff safety: upon immediate arrival at any Vista Health facility, all patients are tested for COVID-19 using a finger prick test (when available), and a COVID-19 assessment questionnaire is used to assess any change since booking an appointment. Thorough hand sanitization is used, and all clinical facilities are professionally cleaned using chlorinated products with ant-viral properties, and a daily thorough clean is carried out with an approved solution. As always, staff are wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and all staff are trained in infection prevention and control standards.
